We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide excellent customer service for our clients. Full-time opportunity for a cheerful representative to handle a medium volume of incoming calls.

Customer Service is VERY important to our company. We are looking for someone to represent us professionally and resolve customer issues. This position requires someone with professionalism, patience, understanding, flexibility, and the ability to handle a multitude of different types of calls and issues. Quick learner. Must be a team player.

Duties include medium volume phones, online payment processing, etc. Must be professional with excellent communication and computer skills.

Current Shift Openings: Monday - Friday, Full-Time 8:30am-5:30pm

This is an in-office position.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple channels

  • Respond to questions, provide information, and promote products while meeting or needs
  • Identify the root cause of inquiries by asking probing questions to determine the best solution
  • Maintain required product knowledge to deliver world class service

  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus


Qualifications:

  • 1 year Customer Service experience

  • Intermediate Excel skills with proficiency in other Microsoft Office suite of products

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritize and manage expectations

  • Critical thinking skills and problem solving skills

  • Ability to adapt and become proficient in new software

  • Effective communication skills with an emphasis on service and the ability to collaborate with 4G staff, vendors and management

  • Excellent telephone voice and etiquette

  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment
