Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for managing customer interactions with a high degree of professionalism and efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of customer service principles and practices, as well as the ability to navigate complex issues. The candidate will handle a wide range of inquiries, resolving customer concerns, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes.

Current Shift Openings: Monday - Friday, Full-Time 8:30am-5:30pm

This is an in-office position.

Job Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues by applying sound judgment and problem solving skills.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to escalate and address complex customer concerns.
  • Conduct follow-up to ensure complete resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide detailed product or service information to customers, helping them make informed decisions.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of customer service policies and procedures.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Demonstrated experience as a Customer Service Specialist
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus

Qualifications

  • 1 year Customer Service experience

  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritize and manage expectations

  • Critical thinking skills and problem solving skills

  • Ability to adapt and become proficient in new software

  • Excellent telephone voice and etiquette

  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment
