Customer Support Specialist

Current Shift Openings: Monday - Friday, Full-Time 8:30am-5:30pm
This is an in-office position.
Job Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues by applying sound judgment and problem solving skills.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to escalate and address complex customer concerns.
- Conduct follow-up to ensure complete resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Provide detailed product or service information to customers, helping them make informed decisions.
- Assist in the development and refinement of customer service policies and procedures.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
The Ideal Candidate
- Demonstrated experience as a Customer Service Specialist
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
Qualifications
1 year Customer Service experience
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and manage expectations
Critical thinking skills and problem solving skills
Ability to adapt and become proficient in new software
Excellent telephone voice and etiquette
Comfortable with a fast-paced environment
