Operations Coordinator

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic individual to fill the role of Operations Coordinator. This position will support the operations of LBR Partners, a home design and build business. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction, strong administrative skills, and experience in social media management.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

• Answer phones and manage communication via email, ensuring timely and professional responses.

• Provide on-site consultations and excellent customer service to clients

• Conduct sales calls, field client discussions, and assist in the preparation of proposals.

• Track projects, input data, and organize a large number of projects using Monday.com, Houzz, HoneyBook, and Google Suite.

• Assist in financial tasks, including invoicing, budget tracking, and preparation for taxes.

• Manage permits, insurance, and other administrative tasks related to daily business operations.

• Provide support in QuickBooks for accurate financial management.

• Operate payroll software, such as Gusto, to ensure accurate and timely compensation for the team.

• Create visually appealing deliverables, presentations, and marketing materials using Canva and WordPress.

• Maintain knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, etc.

• Assist Owners.

 

Marketing Management Duties:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest for both Creativo Marketing and LBR Partners.

• Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, and audio/podcast).

• Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “social” way while cultivating leads and sales.

• Oversee design for social media (e.g., Facebook Timeline cover, profile pictures, thumbnails, ads, and blog).

• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information.

• Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.

• Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts to enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.

• Coordinate and manage content calendars ensuring content is aligned with the brands of both Creativo Marketing and LBR Partners.

• Write compelling copy for social media posts, blogs, articles, newsletters, and other communication materials.

• Analyze social media campaigns and their impact on the goals of both Creativo Marketing and LBR Partners, making recommendations for improvement.

• Prepare monthly reports on social media performance and deliver these reports to management.

• Engage with the online community and respond to comments and requests.

• Foster relationships with influencers to build the network and boost the social media presence of both Creativo Marketing and LBR Partners.

• Assist in the development and execution of online advertising campaigns (PPC, Display Ads, etc.).

• Manage email marketing campaigns, including drafting and sending newsletters.

• Track and report on campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for future campaigns.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and market opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Project Management, Management, Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience in the construction industry and familiarity with project management software.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and financial management.

• Proficiency in Monday.com.

• Proficiency in Canva.

• Experience in social media management and digital marketing.

• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Work Schedule:

Full-time availability with some weekends and night shifts as required.
Approximately 20 to 24 hours per week dedicated to social media management.

Compensation:

Hourly rate: TBD
Payment on a bi-weekly basis, with invoices submitted detailing hours worked and tasks completed.
Additional expenses must be pre-approved and will be reimbursed upon submission of receipts.
