Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Ameriprise Financial. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our leaders, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars and meeting schedules for leaders, coordinating with internal and external clients and partners.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials as needed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and invoices.
  • Provide project support and logistics for meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Respond to ad hoc requests and provide administrative support as needed.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent required.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in administrative support.
  • Proficiency in computer programs (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and administrative software (Outlook, Ariba Buyer, XMS, Concur).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and use independent judgment.
