We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join a local tax and accounting service firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and exceptional organizational skills. This is an in-office position.
As the Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for recording and maintaining daily financial transactions, updating ledgers, and preparing trial balances for accountants. Monitor cash flow, generate financial statements, balance sheet and maintain documents for tax compliance. Will process payroll, invoicing, debt collection and sales tax for corporate clients.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a full charge bookkeeper or accountant.
2. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel and UltraTax a plus
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
7. Bilingual Spanish preferred
