We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeping Manager with a strong background in managing financial records, preparing reports, and overseeing a team of bookkeepers. The ideal candidate is QuickBooks certified and has a deep understanding of bookkeeping best practices. You will play a key role in maintaining the financial health of our clients while leading a team in a dynamic and autonomous work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the bookkeeping department, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and reconcile financial records, including ledgers, accounts, and balance sheets.
- Prepare financial reports and present findings to senior management and clients.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of bookkeepers to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Certification:
- QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor required. Additional certifications (e.g., Certified Bookkeeper) are a plus.
Technical Proficiency:
- Expertise in QuickBooks (desktop and online versions), and proficiency with MS Excel and other accounting software.
Leadership Skills:
- Proven ability to manage and develop a team, with strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
Analytical & Detail-Oriented:
- Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly.
