- Assist with payroll processing and related financial tasks.
- Maintain historical records by filing documents.
- Prepare and submit tax forms and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with the accounting team and provide administrative support as needed.
- Preparing Financial Affidavits.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Bachelors degree preferred.
- Professional certification (e.g., Certified Bookkeeper) is a plus.
