Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Bookkeeper to join our company. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining financial records, performing account reconciliations, and assisting with financial reports. Will also be tasked to help Project Management with front of the house requests.

Duties:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes including check preparation and processing deposits as well as detail data entry
- Perform general ledger reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial reports
- Utilize Quickbooks for bookkeeping tasks
-Manage and Setup job files

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Quickbooks a must
- Microsoft Office

This position requires a candidate who is organized, detail-oriented, and has a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Job Type: Full-time
