  • Role Description
  • This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Specialist at JeollaNamdo Provincial Government (USA Office) in Los Angeles, CA. The Administrative Specialist provides comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operation. This role involves handling various tasks, including managing schedules, organizing files, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, email, and phone communications
  • Compile and prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity
  • Project Support
  • Provide administrative support for special projects
  • Assist with the preparation of project documentation, reports, and promotional materials
  • Event Coordination
  • Assist in planning and coordinating events, meetings, and conferences
  • Manage logistics for events, including venue booking, catering, and equipment setup
  • Support for Korean-English Interpretation at events
  • Communication
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing information and assistance as needed
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth office operations

 

Qualifications:

  • A green card or citizen in the U.S. is required (OPT-visa possible)
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in the related field is required
  • English proficiency is required
  • Korean proficiency is preferred
  • Experience in Administrative Assistance tasks is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Analytical Skills for data evaluation and problem-solving


Working Conditions:

  • Annual Salary: $44K ~ $48K (A three-month probationary period, Salary is paid once a month)
  • Working Day & Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 AM - 5 PM (Negotiable)
  • Annual Vacations: 11day/a year
  • Term of the contract: Renewal every year
