Inside Sales Assistant for Pet Food Company

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Assistant to join our pet food sales team. The ideal candidate will assist the sales team in achieving sales goals, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to overall business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in all aspects of the sales process
- Provide excellent customer service to existing and prospective clients
- Help prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to reach sales targets
- Manage and update sales database with client information and interactions
- Support account management activities to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
- Love of pets is a plus
