We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to support our Account Manager in managing day-to-day customer relationships. Responsibilities

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and desire to take initiative.
- Craft targeted outreach marketing and collaborate with the sales team to source prospective clients.
- Comfortable collaborating with external sales reps and leadership to drive outbound prospecting activities, including warm lead calling, emailing, and communicating our value proposition to decision makers.
- Collaborate with external teams to organize marketing materials and event logistics.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve quality results on time, while working under tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to independently manage time efficiently and prioritize competing stakeholders, functions and tasks.
- Experience implementing systems and processes to increase efficiency.
- Competitive, self-starter who works well within a small team environment.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years' experience in business development at an enterprise company or related role. Ideally direct executive support, project management or event planning experience.
- Experience in sales, business development, or in client success preferred.
- Manufacturing, enterprise account, industrial logistics experience and/or global account experience preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin a major plus.
