What You’ll Do

  • Drive Sales: Engage with existing clients and prospects, presenting our virtual tax solutions with precision and a focus on aligned expectations. Any outbound calls are made to warm leads/prospects. There is NO cold calling.
  • Identify Opportunities: Review client solution strategies to discover sales hooks and ways to deliver additional value to clients, and CLOSE SALES.
  • Build Relationships: Facilitate B2B referral relationships, ensuring mutual success and adherence to CTAX underwriting standards.
  • Deliver Excellence: Notate and document client interactions meticulously to support ongoing sales efforts and long-term client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 3-5 years of inside sales experience, with a proven track record in B2C consultative sales. Experience in debt mitigation, financial services, or high-ticket consumer services is preferred.
  • Consultative Closer: A proven ability to listen actively, ask probing questions, and tailor your approach based on client needs. Your consultative approach will help build trust and long-term relationships and CLOSE SALES
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, the ability to leverage technology (CRM, DocuSign, Microsoft Office, etc.), and a knack for multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Urgency: The kind of urgency that doesn’t wait for things to happen, but takes action to make things happen
  • Education: A four-year college degree or two-year junior college degree is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Bilingual: English required; Spanish is a plus.
