We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Rental and Leasing department. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is skilled at managing multiple tasks efficiently. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating our department's operations, ensuring smooth communication and efficient handling of office duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and manage outbound calls with professionalism.
  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy.
  • Organize and book events, coordinating all relevant details.
  • Facilitate the process of deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate handling.
  • Engage in activities related to new customer acquisition and customer retention.
  • Use various software platforms effectively to meet company objectives.
  • Provide administrative support to team members as needed to enhance productivity.
  • Handle additional administrative duties as required to support the department.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent multitasking ability and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in multiple software systems.
