Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Assistant located in Tulsa, OK. The Office Administrator will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including administrative assistance, social media, Linkedin, newsletters, website maintenance, document controls, communication, customer service, and general office administration.
Qualifications
- Experience in administrative assistance and office administration, minimum 6 years
- Excellent communication both oral and written, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational capacity and strong work ethic,
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are must
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Ability to exercise appropriate discretion and good judgment in completing job duties on time and in good quality and maintaining confidential information.
- Working knowledge of relevant software programs (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Adobe)
- Working knowledge of social media (e.g. Linkedin, Newsletter, Constant Contact)
- Experience in the accounting is desirable
- Punctual, self-starter and self-motivated while requiring limited supervision
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required
