Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee HR programs including compensation, payroll, employee benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, morale, occupational health and safety, and training and development.
  • Develop, implement, and manage policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support HR compliance and the overall business strategy.
  • Direct and oversee recruiting and hiring across all business units.
  • Maintain knowledge of HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, WC, and EEO laws.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to leadership on handling, escalation, and corrective/disciplinary actions related to employee attendance, behavior, and performance issues.
  • Support business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Oversee payroll management through ADP and manage employee PTO administration.
  • Establish HR metrics and conduct routine reporting to executive management.
  • Oversee the new employee onboarding process and the performance appraisal system.
  • Develop and implement the department budget.
  • Manage direct reports and facilitate their professional development, training, and certification activities.
  • Establish and monitor annual goals for direct reports. Conduct performance reviews and establish improvement plans as needed.
  • Attend and participate in offsite business meetings and conferences.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a closely related field required
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred
  • 5-10 years of progressively responsible human resources management experience required


Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary is $115,000+ with a 25% annual discretionary performance bonus
  • Insurance benefits effective day one
  • 401(k) eligible after 6 months of employment, with up to 4% employer-match
  • Employer-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance
  • Accrual of up to 15 days of PTO
