Job Summary: Condominium General Manager (COA) will oversee the daily operations of a high-rise residential building. Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management:

  • Oversee daily operations of the high-rise building, including maintenance, security, and cleaning services.

  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient building management.

  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality service delivery.

2. Financial Management:

  • Prepare and manage the annual budget in coordination with the COA board.

  • Monitor and control expenses to ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines.

  • Assist with financial reporting, including preparing monthly financial statements and variance reports.

3. Resident Services:

  • Promote a culture of excellence, accountability, and resident satisfaction within the team.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field (preferred), or equivalent experience in lieu of the degree.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with at least 2 years in a high-rise residential setting.

  • Strong knowledge of COA regulations and property management best practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, staff, and vendors.

  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.

  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

 

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position with occasional evening and weekend work required.

  • On-call availability for emergencies.
