Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizing Events: Plan and coordinate engaging activities and events that enhance our residents' quality of life.
  • Researching Services: Identify and connect residents with valuable public services tailored to their needs.
  • Leasing Apartments: Guide prospective tenants through the leasing process with empathy and professionalism.
  • Collecting Rents: Ensure timely and accurate rent collection while maintaining positive relationships with our residents.
Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills, especially in working with senior citizens.
  • Previous experience in working with senior citizens (connecting them with social services)
  • (Preferably) Proven experience in apartment leasing and resident relations.
  • Proficiency with basic computer tasks
  • Organized, compassionate, and detail-oriented.
