Job Description:

  • The role requires project management experience specific to Workday Recruitment & Onboarding.
  • This project addresses the replacement of the legacy e-NTP (Non-Traditional Personnel) application with a Workday Recruiting-based solution.
  • This will align management of NTP resources to Enterprise HR and include business process improvement for onboarding.
  • The Senior PM will manage this complex project which is part of the eResearch Modernization Program (eRM).
  • This individual will work with eRM Program leadership along with CHOP HR Technology to ensure the project aligns with the strategic goals of the department, organization and program, which also includes a focus on process improvement and change management.
  • The Senior Project Manager will serve as a consultant for the duration of the project, which is expected to run from September to March.


Experience:

  • At least five (5) years project management, quality or process improvement experience Required
  • At least three (3) years’ experience managing cross-functional teams Required
  • At least seven (7) years project management, quality or process improvement experience Preferred or
  • At least seven (7) years business analysis experience Preferred or
  • At least three (3) years healthcare or research related environment Preferred
  • Workday Human Capital Management project management experience
  • Project management experience specific to Workday Recruitment & Onboarding


Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Master's Degree Preferred
