Position: Kitchen & Bath Showroom Designer & Sales Consultant
Location: Stamford, CT
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Compensation: $50,000 to $75,000 (DOE) plus Bonus

About the Position: We are actively seeking the right individuals to fill an immediate needs as Kitchen & Bath Showroom Designer & Sales Consultants throughout New England. The state-of-the-art, award-winning Showrooms will be your platform to success; and with the best compensation and commission plan in New England, your potential is unlimited.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Respond to and follow up on all inquiries from prospective customers
  • Meet with customers to understand their objectives and desires
  • Provide design services based on customer needs and expectations
  • Successfully sell kitchen cabinetry and accessories
  • Educate customers on new products
  • Able to juggle the demands of multiple customers and multiple projects at one time
  • Collaborate with all departments with the goal of providing a superior customer experience
  • Proactive to networking at outside events to develop a strong client base
  • Maintain familiarity with design trends and building standards to provide the best ideas for clients.

Professional Experience

  • Minimum of two years of selling in the Kitchen and Bath Industry
  • Experience working with residential trade contractors
  • Extensive sales background
  • Understanding of construction basics
  • Basic computer skills in MS Office applications
  • Design software experience with 20/20 or equivalent
