About the Position: You are the expert…our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Kitchen and Bath Showroom Sales Supervisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing outstanding service, driving sales, and leading a team of showroom sales associates. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, leadership skills, and industry knowledge to effectively manage operations and achieve business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Sales Leadership:

  • Lead the showroom sales team in achieving sales targets and revenue goals.

  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to sales associates to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.

  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering tailored solutions and recommendations.

3. Product Knowledge and Merchandising:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and competitors' offerings.
  • Educate sales team members on product features, specifications, and benefits to empower them to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the showroom displays are visually appealing and effectively showcase products.

4. Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the showroom, including inventory management, scheduling, and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to support sales initiatives and promotional activities.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Generate sales reports and analyze key performance metrics to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in showroom sales in the kitchen and bath industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
