With a commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Relationship Specialist to join our team.

Job Description: As a Marketing Relationship Specialist at OPI, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and growing our referral base from both medical professionals and attorneys. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key referrers, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving growth targets.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Relationship Building:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed growth targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, administrators, and attorneys.
  • Schedule and participate in luncheons, dinners, and other events to network with patient and physician community as the representative of the radiology office.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in medical imaging technology and understand how our products address the needs of healthcare providers.
  • Conduct technology demonstrations to effectively communicate the features and benefits of our solutions.

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide feedback to management to enhance our offerings based on customer needs.

Customer Support:

  • Collaborate with our offices to ensure timely and effective resolution of inquiries and issues.
  • Provide ongoing support and education to referrers.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to recognize potential problems and provide fast solutions
  • Ability to provide internal marketing assistance within radiology office
  • Ability to work alone – self-motivated
  • Computer skills such as database maintenance, report generating, etc.
  • Ability to maintain a working knowledge of current topics and trends in radiology
  • Strong ability to perform many tasks simultaneously
  • Be well-groomed, outgoing and personable
  • Reliable transportation
  • Availability and willingness to travel locally
