As a Network Development Specialist within our Government Programs network development team, you will play a crucial role. This full-time (40 hours per week) remote/hybrid position requires travel within a designated geographic service area. You will engage with healthcare provider offices, educating them about MultiPlan's programs and offerings. This role involves significant travel, potentially requiring overnight stays, and necessitates a valid Driver's License. Expect up to 70% travel within your service area, primarily for frequent provider meetings, often with little advance notice.

Each year, we successfully reduce 40 million claims through our network and non-network solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with healthcare provider office staff to provide education on MultiPlan's programs and products.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with contracted providers and their administrative teams.
  • Distribute educational materials to healthcare provider office staff.
  • Address and resolve provider inquiries and concerns in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Coordinate educational meetings for providers, both in-person and virtually, as necessary.
  • Act as an internal resource for resolving network issues arising from customer service inquiries.
  • Track and report on the number and types of provider visits weekly.
  • Guide providers, clients, and members on processes as required.
  • Consistently meet quality, customer service, productivity, and service level performance standards.
