Position Overview: The Inside Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing the lifecycle of customer orders and supporting the inside sales team. This position involves coordinating order processing activities, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing:

  • Receive, review, and process customer orders accurately and promptly.
  • Verify order details, pricing, and availability, ensuring all information is correct before finalizing the order.
  • Coordinate with inventory, production, and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers as needed.

Customer Service:

  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide product information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the order process.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to orders, sales, and customer service.

Inside Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team with lead generation, qualification, and follow-up activities.
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals as required.
  • Maintain and update customer and sales information in the CRM system.
  • Support sales promotions and campaigns by coordinating logistics and communication.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with CRM (Sales Force) systems and order management software is a plus.
