The Office Coordinator-Administrative Assistant works directly with the Director of Operations and Vice President. This person is responsible for the accurate and timely scheduling of travel and job assignments and coordinating jobs with our clients. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy, proficient with windows-based programs and can work well with others in a small office environment.

This is an entry level position.  High School graduate or higher education preferred.

Work is Monday thru Friday typically 7:30 am to 4 pm. Performance bonus' are paid quarterly.

Dental and Vision insurance is available.
