Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow relationships with major retailers
  • Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop products and programs that meet client needs
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions
  • Forecast sales and inventory needs to ensure service levels are maintained
  • Manage and prioritize workload to maximize productivity and meet deadlines

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales or account management role in the apparel industry
  • Experience in Sleepwear, ideally in Off-Price and Discount
  • Strong understanding of the apparel supply chain from design to production to sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
