Job Title: Senior Account Executive, Woven Tops

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at NYC Alliance Company LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with major retailers, specifically focusing on woven tops in the off-price market segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to increase market share and revenue
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and consumer demands to identify business opportunities
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to develop and deliver tailored product offerings
  • Forecast sales and manage inventory to ensure adequate stock levels
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with retail partners
  • Participate in industry trade shows and events to promote products and build brand awareness
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in sales or account management in the fashion industry
  • Experience specifically in the off-price market segment, with a focus on woven tops
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competition
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
