Who We’re Looking For

We have immediate opportunities for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern provides quality HR administrative support to the HR Team and other members of the management team. The HR Intern will assist the Human Resources Team with most human resources functions, including performance management, recruiting, employee events, record management, onboarding, and offboarding. The HR intern should be detailed-oriented and able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills.

Requirements:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Posting job openings on the company’s internal job portal and publishing to job boards.
  • Screening candidates’ resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates.
  • Conducting phone screening for short listed candidates
  • Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Assisting with off-boarding efforts through exit interviews and record updates.
  • Creating content for and updates electronic employee bulletin board.
  • Assisting with monthly employee events.
  • Reviewing and proofing job descriptions as assigned.
  • Any other duty assigned.

Education/Experience:

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university with concentration in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
