OVERVIEW OF POSITION: As a Human Resources Intern you will provide valuable support in the daytoday Human Resources tasks throughout the company. Duties include HR compliance onboarding tasks responding to unemployment requests verifications of employment manage open positions and managing communications for the Human Resources Department. In the 1st quarter of the year this position will assist in all aspects of the Open Enrollment and gain further knowledge of all aspects of benefits in an organization.

TYPICAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
• Maintain records of personnelrelated data (payroll personal information leaves turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
• Support the recruitment/hiring process by performing background checks assisting with the onboarding process.
• Schedule meetings HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda
• Assist with HR projects.
• Also may be required to perform other Human Resources or Executive Office related duties as requested.

REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES:
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Extensive knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Ability to operate general office equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Must be able to remain calm pleasant poised and professional always.
• Must work well in a team environment and in fastpaced highpressure situation.
