Responsibilities:
To call, email, and text customers who have past due balances.
Fight Chargebacks with credit card Processors through the portal.
Preferred Qualification:
- Billing
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions;
- Ability to present oneself well over the phone;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Strong communication skills;
- Highly coachable;
- Ability to effectively multi-task;
- Experience in a call center a plus (training will be provided);
- Basic computer and typing skills;
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
