KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring timely follow-ups as necessary.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy modifications, claims submissions, and billing inquiries.
  • Implement a customer-centric, needs-based review process to inform clients about various insurance alternatives.
  • Utilize effective communication skills to meet customer needs while promoting the growth of our business.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong commitment to customer service excellence.
  • Preferred sales experience (including outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing).
  • Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty License.
  • Ability to secure a Life/Health License.
  • Capability to meet mutually established marketing objectives.
  • Interest in marketing products and services tailored to customer needs.
