What you'll do as a Technology Sales Specialist

  • Responsible for managing leads, designing, estimating, demonstrating, presenting the proposal and closing the sale on their technology
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining solid, long-term business relationships assigned direct accounts (Account Contacts) growing sales across all technologies through an assigned customer base
  • Master product knowledge and sales expertise for his/her assigned systems & Master product knowledge on technology to add to or upgrade existing customer's systems.
  • Developing technical presentations for potential customers, which can include industry trends, codes and government regulations & Performing system demonstrations as needed
  • Close sales and meet monthly sales quotas as defined by the Customer Base Sales Director & meet required year-end Gross Profit quotas

What you need as a Technology Sales Specialist

  • Associate degree in a related Business or Technical field or equivalent work experience
  • A minimum of two (2) years inside or outside sales experience, preferably in one of Tech Electronics' core technology solutions
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
