About the Role:

We're seeking a Product Analytics Lead to partner closely with our Product team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in driving Collective's growth through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making. Our platform is designed to help millions of solopreneurs run their businesses more effectively, and we're backed by top-tier fintech and AI VCs.

As the Product Analytics Lead, you'll help set product strategy, inform the product roadmap, and drive Collective's growth through experimentation, data analysis, and customer insights.

  • Approach problems from first principles, synthesizing large datasets into clear data visualizations and insights to tell compelling stories about customer behavior and product initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to drive growth and prioritize them to maximize long-term growth.
  • Lead experimentation, from designing tests to analyzing results, to inform launch decisions.
  • Use data to understand trends in customer behavior and product usage, influencing product strategy.
  • Build, monitor, and report on metrics that drive product strategy and facilitate decision-making for key business initiatives.
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency, attention to detail, and excellent business judgment.
  • Define, understand, and interpret A/B experiments.
  • Effectively process, cleanse, and combine data sources to curate ETL datasets for the broader team.
  • Effectively communicate your work with Product leads and stakeholders regularly.
What We're Looking For:
  • 3+ years of experience in an analytical or product role, with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), and/or statistical/mathematical software (e.g., R).
  • Proficiency in quantitative analysis to draw actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Experience performing exploratory analysis with minimal direction to answer ambiguous open-ended questions.
  • Experimentation experience to design multivariate tests, synthesize test results, and build frameworks for data-informed launch decisions.
  • Creative product ideation skills to apply growth tactics broadly to different product areas and think through detailed elements of a product experience.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Prior consulting (BCG/Bain/McKinsey) or investment banking experience.
  • Reforge certification(s).

What We Offer:

Compensation Range: $175,000 - $190,000 annual base salary.

The salary ranges for the roles are posted for your convenience and review. Please understand that if an offer is presented, the offer compensation package will be based on the relevant position-related skills a candidate demonstrates during our formal interview process.
