Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our sales team at Blasius Of Middletown, in Middletown Connecticut. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategies, specializing in automotive sales. As a Sales Associate, you will be directly responsible for driving sales and for providing exceptional customer service.
Compensation & Benefits
As a Sales Associate at Blasius Auto Centers, you will receive a base salary plus commission with a total compensation of $50,000 to $200,000 annually, depending on performance. Your benefits will include competitive health, life, and disability insurance packages, a 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.
Responsibilities
• Develop relationships with existing and potential customers, while maintaining a high level of customer service
• Guide customers through the entire car-buying process, including explaining different models, features, and financing options
• Develop sales strategies to reach goals
• Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and meet sales quotas
• Attend local area conventions, conferences, and events to increase Blasius Auto Centers’ visibility
• Stay up to date with product information, inventory updates, and pricing plans
• Organize vehicles to be displayed to maximize product and brand presentation
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven track record in sales
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of the auto industry
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
