Role Overview
Position Details
Position: Director of Sales
Location: Primarily virtual
Salary: Attractive base pay with uncapped commission on new revenue
Benefits: Competitive package including generous time-off and flexibility
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plans to reach K12 school sales targets
Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships with K12 schools and districts
Prospect and contact potential clients to create a sales pipeline
Attend trade shows to promote products and interact with potential clients
Lead calls with customers to identify needs and provide solutions
Qualify inbound and outbound sales leads
Track activities and progress in HubSpot
Manage sales pipeline and identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with Client Services on renewals and expansions
Requirements
5+ years of successful consultative sales experience with K12 schools and districts
Experience with CRM, sales data analysis, and strategic planning
High level of self-motivation, energy, and drive
Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence effectively
Experience delivering client-focused solutions
Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
