Where You’ll Work  
  • Hopebridge Headquarters: 3500 Depauw Blvd Indianapolis, IN 46268  
 Your Pay and Benefits 
  • Starting rate of $19.00 per hour  
  • Monday through Friday schedule

ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do 
  • Complete specified tasks needed to manage therapist and patient schedules for our clinics  
  • Work with supervisor and clinic managers to optimizes schedules   
  • Create and review appointments in our software to support internal teams  
  • Receive inbound phone calls for patient cancellations and schedule change requests  
  • Document all communication with patient families for audit purposes  
  • Follow and monitor specific tasks as outlined in computer workflow software  
  • Attends staff meetings as required  
  • Adheres to all HIPAA and Government guidelines and regulations  
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor  
Required SkillsWhat You’ll Need  
  • High school diploma or equivalent required  
  • Ability to manage incoming calendar maintenance requests via Microsoft Teams, Outlook, help tickets, in-person, and over the phone  
  • Data entry skills such as basic software knowledge, fast typing skills, and high attention to detail required  
  • Comfortable working in a busy, everchanging office environment  
  • Prior medical scheduler or medical receptionist experience is a plus
