To support our rapid growth, we are seeking a highly skilled and highly motivated Master Scheduler to join our team You will be balancing supply and demand, coordinating resources, and predicting production outcomes. Responsibilities:

·        Coordinating, planning, scheduling and supervising products throughout our production process

·        Work together with other employees to make sure that all issues that are related to scheduling are properly handled and resolved

·        Create and implement schedules for our production and manufacturing needs.

·        Develop and maintain detailed plans and budgets for manufacturing operations.

·        Developing and managing the master production schedule to ensure efficient utilization of resources and timely order fulfillment.

·        Liaise with production managers and other department heads to ensure production requirements are met.

·        Prepare production reports and inventory data for upper management and suggest improvements in products, processes, or schedules.

·        Anticipate and address potential schedule or material issues that could impact production timelines.

·        Balance supply and demand as well as coordinate resources

·        Implement best practices in scheduling methodologies to enhance manufacturing efficiency.

·        Adjusting schedules based on equipment downtime, workforce changes, or new production priorities.

·        Ensure that every employee involved in the production process has a clear understanding of what is required to meet the order and needs of customers

·        Maintain different reporting systems to make sure that all forms of documentation are accurate and timely.

·        Analyzing project specifications, resource data, and production factors to create coherent schedules.

·        Overseeing and coordinating scheduling activities across multiple projects and departments with our organization.

 

Qualifications:

·        Demonstrates the ability to use a computer and various database programs—including Microsoft Excel-proficiently.

·        Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

·        Previous experience as a Master Scheduler in the manufacturing industry.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·        Must possess at least a basic knowledge of supply chain activities

·        Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

·        Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

·        Knowledge of Company markets, customers, product lines-preferred
