Essential Duties:

- Assist and follow directions from the Director of Business Development and New Business Specialist.

- Respond to inbound leads for new business properties and process applications.

- Implement marketing strategies to meet rental and sales goals.

- Manage property turnover schedules and ensure properties are ready by the availability date.

- Maintain marketing and advertising through multiple sites.

- Create and send weekly updates to property owners until units are rented.

- Coordinate maintenance activities for property upkeep and turnover needs.

- Perform communication with owners, tenants, and vendors; act as a point of contact.

- Provide exceptional customer service to potential and current owners and tenants.

- Ensure all new accounts have appropriate documentation and accounting staff have necessary information.
