Job Summary

PacifiCorp is seeking a highly skilled professional to provide strategic advice and counsel to management and client organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration, finance, or a related field, and will be able to conduct special studies and analyses, develop alternatives, and present recommendations to management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote a customer-centric culture and deliver outstanding results for customers.
  • Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement long-range asset data management and system improvements to balance risk and reward.
  • Manage budgets and financial resources to ensure stakeholder needs are met.
  • Communicate complex financial information in simple terms and negotiate outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of seven years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in program design, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with all organizational levels to influence actions and negotiate outcomes.
  • Proficient in the use of personal computers to gather, analyze, and summarize data.
  • Project management and leadership skills, including the ability to work as a team member and maintain project timelines and budgets.
Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in utility operations, federal grants, and portfolio management is desired. Supervisory or lead experience is also preferred.
