Job Summary

PacifiCorp is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Sr Business Specialist. This role will provide advice and counsel to management and client organizations, conducting special studies and analyses to develop recommendations for management decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote a customer-centric culture and deliver outstanding results for customers.
  • Analyze critical information from various sources to inform business decisions.
  • Audit business system data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and implement new strategies, programs, and processes to drive business growth.
  • Manage budgets and financial planning to ensure stakeholder needs are met.
  • Communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Act as an expert on maintaining financial integrity of FERC data.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of seven years of experience in a related field.
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with all organizational levels to influence actions and negotiate outcomes.
  • Project management and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of research, analysis, and consulting techniques.
Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in utility operations, federal grants, and portfolio management is desired. Supervisory or lead experience is also preferred.
