Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage diverse community groups and individuals.
  • Actively seek opportunities for collaboration with local organizations and stakeholders.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute community events, workshops, and programs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and positive community experiences.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with community leaders, residents, and organizations.
  • Act as a liaison between the community and our organization, addressing concerns and fostering collaboration.
  • Organize and facilitate educational sessions and workshops that benefit the community.
  • Provide information on available resources and support services.
  • Recruit, train, and manage volunteers for community programs and events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Community Development, Social Work, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in community engagement or a related role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with diverse community members.
  • Organizational and project management abilities.
  • Passion for community development and social impact.
