The Relationship Administrator role in the Evans Bank Commercial Loan Department is the perfect next step in your Commercial Banking career.

The primary role of the Relationship Administrator will be to “own” the process and customer experience from commercial loan approval to the loan closing ensuring delivery of high-quality service to internal and external customers and assist achievement of departmental goals. The Relationship Administrator will perform due diligence requirements, create and/or review loan closing documents, coordinate with attorneys, ensure approval requirements are met, and assist with the customer closing. These responsibilities will be accomplished through assisting a team of Commercial Banking Relationship Managers in their daily operations.

What We Ask of You:

  • Provide administrative support to a team of Commercial Relationship Managers, including contacting customers to secure appropriate documentation and financial information as well as handling commercial banking customer service
  • Coordinate with Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers to support managed clients and assist in achieving their commercial goals
  • Maintain a high level of organization to ensure completion of all necessary steps between loan approval and loan closing
  • Exercise analytical skills and detail orientation to ensure procedures and loan documents are completed to the highest quality
  • Possess a “team player” attitude, building strong relationships with Relationship Managers
  • Ensure accuracy of information and appropriate documentation from internal and external parties
  • Maintain a proactive approach by following up with appropriate parties to ensure timely completion throughout loan process
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of commercial loan documentation and collateral requirements, loan policy, loan regulations and loan system functionality.
  • Work accurately and effectively under deadlines in a high volume fast paced environment

Experience & Competencies:

  • Loan origination/documentation system experience required, Laserpro preferred
  • Commercial loan documentation experience required

This position is anticipated to pay a base rate between $20.92/hourly and $30.69/hourly. This rate does not include potential incentive pay and benefits paid for by the company which may be in addition to the base rate of pay. The base rate of pay is determined by factors such as required experience, skill set needed, business impact of position, value of budget oversight and people management, among other factors. Your Talent Acquisition Specialist will be able to answer specific questions you may have regarding the base pay range for this position.
