Event Support Coordinator

The Event Support Coordinator will be responsible for responding to inquiries and booking events for parties between 10-15 guests, depending on the venue. This position will be an onsite position at the Centennial, CO office and will work between 8:30 am and 6:30 pm, 5-7 days a week.


Reports to: Event Support Manager


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries and book events for multiple restaurant venues

  • Coordinate events with restaurant management teams

  • Verify payment information, confirm event details, and maintain CRM profiles

  • Close collaboration with restaurant team members to ensure the success of each event

  • Develop and maintain detailed event timelines

  • Work collaboratively with Events Manager and provide support as needed

  • Address and resolve issues as they arise

Experience

  • The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience as a Coordinator, Administrative or Executive Support in a corporate or professional office

  • People who possess strong analytical and communication skills, resourcefulness, and an ability to build relationships

  • Individuals who are client-focused and detail-oriented with a strong ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced atmosphere

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required

Physical Requirements

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.

  • Light to moderate lifting may be required.

  • Regular, predictable attendance is required; including quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate.

  • Moderate noise (i.e., business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic).

  • Ability to sit at a computer for an extended period.
