We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiting and Onboarding Coordinator to join our team at Alfa Dental Support, Inc. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive the growth and success of our organization.
About the Role
- Source and attract candidates for various roles across the organization, ensuring the best fit for each position.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit with our company culture.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting job ads to extending offers and onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create strategies for fulfilling these requirements.
- Represent our company at job fairs, recruitment events, and on social media platforms to build our employer brand.
- Track key metrics, such as time-to-hire and candidate satisfaction, to continuously improve the recruitment process.
- Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to employment laws and internal policies, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Provide a positive experience for all candidates, regardless of the outcome of their application, by providing timely communication and feedback.
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare or dental industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
