$80k - $90k

Addison Group has an immediate opening for a Contracts Administrator in Farmers Branch, TX.

Job Duties:

o Responsible for administrative management of medical practice office locations and related sites of service

o Will assist in seeking out new locations to rent for opening clinics around DFW / work with leasing agents for those locations to bring information and cost back to leadership

o Landlord relations / lease procurement and renewal / identification of new sites / collaboration of contractors in culmination of projects

o Work with maintenance and building staff at sites as well as corporate office


Must have:

o 5+ years of experience in commercial property management or administration / real estate

o Experience in lease management, build outs & new site services, facility management, and landlord relations

o Knowledge of standard lease language, preferably in healthcare setting

o Knowledge of construction projects, bid process, floor plan schematics, and organizational structure

o Associates Degree at minimum

o Some experience in a healthcare setting
