Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to students, staff, and visitors through various communication channels.
- Address general inquiries and provide guidance within the department.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel or service areas.
- Organize and confirm meetings, ensuring all logistical details are arranged, including travel, room bookings, and catering.
- Assist students and faculty with academic advising, scheduling, and class registration processes.
- Perform clerical tasks such as drafting meeting minutes, preparing agendas, and managing correspondence.
- Handle mail distribution and execute photocopying, faxing, and filing duties.
- Coordinate textbook orders and secure complimentary copies of educational materials.
- Support the maintenance of the departmental website and online content.
- Aid in the development of marketing and promotional materials.
- Assist in tracking licenses, contracts, and various agreements.
- Provide support for departmental events, including recruitment activities and guest lectures.
- Prepare quarterly and semester reports, including grade distributions and other relevant data.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of experience in office administration.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel (2016 or later).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational abilities and time management skills.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
