Role Description:


Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst/Manager will focus on enhancing the end-to-end efficiency and effectiveness of the TA function. This role involves supporting and executing recruiting initiatives, TA tools, Systems, Processes, Trainings, and Vendor management. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in recruiting and will contribute to attracting top talent through streamlined operations, leveraging excellent analytical, reporting, and organizational skills.


You’ll be responsible for (Responsibilities):

  • Develop custom reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis evaluating recruiter productivity, onboarding, system utilization, compliance, and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Support TA & HR Leadership in recruiting strategy development and execution to deliver improved processes.
  • Manage team of operations support specialists for all TA Operations and Vendor Management needs.
  • Customize and configure recruitment technology solutions such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and assessment tools.
  • Provide training and support to recruiters, third party recruiting process outsource support, and hiring managers on the effective use of recruitment technology and tools.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, including staffing agencies and job boards. Resolve escalations as necessary.
  • Take ownership of ad hoc requests for recruiting data analysis and make recommendations in partnership with TA leadership.
  • Audit and continuous improvement of Applicant Tracking System and sourcing tools.
  • Negotiate contracts (MSA’s/SOW’s) and pricing terms with vendors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services.
  • Oversee Employee Referral program and coordinate with finance for payment validation.
  • Support confidential hiring needs.


You’ll have (Qualification & Experience):

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field is required.
  • 5-7 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 1 year of experience focused on recruitment operations, ATS configuration, vendor support, and recruitment analytics.
  • Demonstrated success in process optimization and ATS configuration.
  • Experience working successfully in a high-growth, fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Advanced reporting and analytics capabilities in MS Excel and ATS reporting tools
  • Deep understanding of modern Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Proven ability to successfully work both independently and collaboratively to accomplish operational goals
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
