Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
- Minimum of 4 years in recruitment, particularly in light industrial sectors.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and various recruitment technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Evaluation: Perform comprehensive assessments of job applications, work experiences, educational backgrounds, and qualifications to pinpoint the most suitable candidates.
- Position Alignment: Effectively align candidates with available roles based on detailed job descriptions and specifications.
- Candidate Interaction: Deliver clear and detailed information to candidates regarding job specifics, remuneration, benefits, and organizational policies.
- Selection Involvement: Engage in the selection process, including feedback sessions and evaluations with management and interview panels.
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and recruit qualified individuals for open roles.
- Record Keeping: Ensure accurate documentation of candidates, including those selected and those not selected.
Compensation Details: $31.00 per hour
