- AWS Cloud tech lead with hands-on experience in Contact Centre technologies
- Should have good hands-on experience developing Lex bots along with Lambda Functions in Node JS.
- Hands on experience on developing Amazon Connect flows, queues, routing profiles etc.
- Hands on experience on developing the lambda functions in Node JS.
- Should have good experience on how end-to-end IVR works and integration of different AWS services.
- Should have good knowledge on Agile process.
