We function as a centralized unit, devoted to bolstering the business through capacity planning, labor strategy, and organizational development.The SCSS team is in search of a highly capable and driven associate to assist with centralized Week 0 initiatives across various NACF networks.
Key Job Responsibilities: Your responsibilities as a Week 0 Associate may encompass:1. Execute essential Week 0 Standard Work on daily and weekly schedules.
2. Comprehend SOPs with minimal assistance and identify areas for improvement.
3. Address site inquiries and challenges raised through the Week 0 programs.
4. Suggest solutions regarding quality and productivity while working towards milestones.
5. Effectively recognize and communicate issues, escalating them to management as necessary.
6. Exhibit strong organizational skills, excellent multitasking abilities, and efficiency in uncertain situations.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: A degree in any discipline is required for this role.
Proficiency in MS Excel is essential.
Familiarity with VBA, SQL, and Data Warehousing is advantageous.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
Solid working knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Outlook; proficiency in MS Excel is a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
