Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to design and implement sales strategies that align with their business objectives and target markets. Provide guidance on sales planning, forecasting, and goal setting.
  • Analyze client sales processes and performance to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities. Recommend strategies to enhance lead generation, conversion rates, and customer retention.
  • Evaluate and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and implement best practices for prospecting, sales presentations, and closing deals.
  • Provide training and coaching to sales teams on sales techniques, tools, and strategies. Develop training materials and conduct workshops to enhance sales skills and performance.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Utilize insights to inform sales strategies and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales initiatives and monitor progress toward sales goals. Provide clients with regular performance reports and recommendations for optimization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service. Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert advice and support on sales-related issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in sales (e.g., CSP, Salesforce) preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales consulting, sales management, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and practices, including strategy development, sales process optimization, and performance measurement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information and recommendations clearly to clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement, with the ability to leverage insights to drive sales improvements and achieve goals.
  • Proven ability to manage sales projects, including coordinating with cross-functional teams and delivering results within established timelines.
  • Results-oriented, strategic thinker, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
